Can I choose the pattern of the kimono/obi?
Only the canvases listed in the product list are available. If you wish, we can make custom-made canvases with your desired patterns and colors. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Tell me about maintenance.
Please be sure to keep the canvas away from the direct sunlight as it can damage the original color. Use a soft brush to swipe out dust. Don't use liquids.
How can I put it on my wall?
We use a wooden canvas as a base. Please refer to pictures on product page to see the reverse side. We recommend to use hook or nail to put it on the wall, depending on the material your wall is made of. Weight depends on the size of canvas and material used, for example for 24x34cm canvas it's about 200-300g.
Can I see actual product if I'm in Japan?
We will try to arrange it. Please contact us.

Do I have to register your site in order to purchase?

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with 100% refund if you do so before your order is shipped out from our shipping center.
Usually, your order is processed and shipped out within 3 days-1 week from your order. Therefore, please let us know as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.
Please be careful that after shipping out your order, you can not cancel your order.

How long does it take to deliver by Express Mail Service?
It depends on where your order is being shipped.
It usually takes 3 ~ 10 business days for most of the areas.
Please note that due to COVID-19, shipping may take longer.
In case you need a faster shipping, we can arrange FedEx, but it will require some extra charge. Please contact us.
